Booking policies

Deposit: A 25% deposit secures your appointment and is credited toward the total service price.
Cancellation: Cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment for a deposit refund. For cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit is retained. The 48-hour cutoff is measured in Mountain Time (America/Denver).
No-show: If you miss your appointment, the full service price is due. Your deposit is retained and credited toward that total, and the remaining 75% is charged to your authorized payment method.

Why do you ask for inspiration photos?

2–3 photos help Andrea see the look you love before your appointment. Your photos are kept private.

How does the deposit work?

A 25% deposit secures your appointment and is credited toward the total service price.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment for a deposit refund. For cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment, the deposit is retained.
